Empowered Teachers. Inspired Learners. Future-Ready Classrooms.
At ALFA Public School and Little Scholars Academy, we believe that preparing children for the future begins with empowering the educators who guide them.
Our Teachers’ Orientation Programme focused on strengthening teaching practices in alignment with NEP 2020, NCF, and 21st-century educational competencies.
The session highlighted the importance of student-centred learning, conceptual understanding, experiential teaching, and the 4Cs of 21st-century skills: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication.
Through interactive discussions and practical insights, our educators explored innovative teaching approaches, including the 5E instructional model, to encourage inquiry, problem-solving, active participation, and meaningful learning experiences.
Moving beyond textbooks, from memorisation to understanding, and from teaching lessons to developing lifelong learners, we remain committed to nurturing confident, creative, independent, and future-ready learners.
